Exceptional veterinary care for your pet’s wellbeing

Having a new puppy or kitten in your household can be a very exciting time. It can also be very overwhelming. Our team at EVC is here to help with questions, concerns, and challenges during this time.
Preventive care is an essential part of keeping your dog happy and healthy. It will give you peace of mind and increase the odds of detecting underlying health conditions before they become advanced and expensive.

We will continue to recommend regular physical exams, vaccinations, diagnostic screening, and parasite control for our senior patients, but those recommendations may change based on the needs and lifestyle of each individual. Senior pets typically require additional medical care and attention, including dental care and mobility assessments.
We offer pet microchipping at our office. A pet microchip is a small (grain of rice sized) electronic device that can be implanted under the skin between the shoulder blades of a dog or cat. If your pet were ever lost or stolen, and an animal shelter, animal control officer or veterinarian scanned for a microchip, your pet could be traced back to you.
As much as we hope to prevent sickness and injury by providing quality preventative care and education, there will inevitably be various problems that arise throughout a pet’s life. Our team is prepared to help you and your pet through those challenges.
Just as our team supports our clients and cares for their pets throughout their lives, we also help guide and offer support during our patients final days and in the process of deciding if and when euthanasia is appropriate.
Our new practice space on Depot Street in Enosburg Falls allows us the space to offer several in-office diagnostic tools to aid in preventative screening and medical diagnosis. We also have partnerships with area diagnostic laboratories (Idexx, University of New Hampshire, Cornell University, University of Minnesota, Texas A&M University, and Miravista Laboratories) for services and more in depth tests that we are not able to offer.
Whether your pet has significant dental disease with tartar, gingivitis, and bad breath, or you’re trying to keep your young pet’s sparkly white teeth in good shape, home dental care can play an important role in keeping your pet healthy.
EVC offers routine surgical procedures for cats and dogs, including ovariohysterectomy (spay), castration (neuter), mass removals, and cystotomies.
Our in-office pharmacy offers a wide variety of medications, pet products, and prescription diets for our patients. We also offer preventative medications, including heartworm preventatives and flea and tick preventatives.
